Complaint Process

ASTTBC Registered Technology Managers (RTMgr) are required to comply with rigorous professional standards of practice and ethics. Anyone that considers the service provided by a RTMgr as unprofessional or of questionable quality is requested to submit a complaint to ASTTBC.
